We have two beautiful boys and we enjoy returning to our villa in cyprus year after year for our family holidays.
Villa Athena is on the east coast of the island Cyprus,The villa is located centrally in the resort Kapparis near to Protaras and Ayia napa.

The villa is set in a perfect location, just a 250 yard stroll from Fireman’s Cove Sandy Beach, with it’s crystal clear waters it is both stunning, safe and Ideal for families, The villa is just off Kenedy Avenue which is the main highstreet in the resort Kapparis.
Quiet and peaceful, Kapparis is open all year round and is a popular spot for the locals too.It Boasts an array of local and cosmopolitan wine bars, supermarkets, shops and award winning restaurants make Kapparis Cyprus’s Best Kept Secret!
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. The rear of the villa is furnished with table, chairs and a large stone BBQ with preperation area enabling you to dine alfresco through the warm evenings. There is a children’s grassed play area that doubles as a great sun bathing space with 6 cushioned sun beds to match.
The Villa has a “home from home” feel and will be a luxurious place to stay whilst visiting all Cyprus has to offer!
